Letter addressed to the Chargé d’Affaires

• Complete and return to us the departure certificate (FORMALITE DE DEMENAGEMENT), attach the detailed list of personal effects to be shipped to Madagascar.
• Letter addressed to The Charge d’Affaires in London
• Status in Uk, letter from Employer or school where applicable
• Proof of Address
• Return Ticket
• Fee : £10
• Copy of Passport

Please note: Car must have been owned for at least one year.

On arrival in Madagascar, present:

• “FORMALITE DE DEMENAGEMENT DEFINITIF”, for counter signature and stamping at: “Ministere de Finance in Antananarivo – Direction Generale des Douanes”
• Return ticket
• Copy of exit stamp
• Letter from school where applicable
