To visit MadagascarA Visa is required for non-residents. Visas are issued for up to 90 days and are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
To obtain a visa we require:
- One completed application form per person (in duplicate)
- 2 passport photos
- A copy of your airline ticket or booking confirmation from your travel agent
- Your passport, valid for more than 6 months
- Proof of address if non UK passport holders
- Payment of visa fees

For Volunteers : an evidence letter from NGO is needed.
If you are traveling to Madagascar on business we will require an evidence letter as well.
Please make cheques payable to Madagascar Embassy.
Application visa time: 10.00am -2.00pm
You can come personally to the Embassy to apply for next day collection or you can apply by post.
By post: Please send by special delivery and enclose pre-paid addressed Special Delivery envelope to return your passport.
From outside the UK, please use DHL / UPS etc…with pre-paid reply and stipulate delivery during office hours.
